More Than an Equipment Dealer

Carolina Fitness Equipment was founded on a simple belief: facilities deserve a partner, not just a vendor. From our first commercial installation to equipping university athletic complexes and multi-family communities across the Southeast, we have never just sold equipment — we have built relationships.

Based in Belmont, North Carolina, our team brings together decades of experience in fitness facility design, commercial equipment, delivery and installation, and ongoing service and maintenance. We work with gym owners, property managers, university athletic directors, and corporate wellness coordinators to create spaces that perform from day one.

Our approach is consultative by design. Every engagement starts with a conversation — about your space, your members, your budget, and your goals. From there, we design, equip, and support your facility for the long term.

Our Journey

16 Years of Building

2009

Founded in the Carolinas

Carolina Fitness Equipment opens its doors in the Charlotte metro area, focused on commercial fitness equipment sales and installation for local gyms and fitness centers.

2013

Expanding the Service Division

Launched a dedicated service and repair division, becoming one of the few equipment dealers in the region to offer full in-house maintenance and certified technician support.

2016

First University Partnership

Completed our first major university athletic facility project, establishing CFE as a trusted partner for higher education fitness and performance centers.

2019

Multi-Family & Corporate Growth

Expanded into multi-family residential and corporate wellness markets, bringing the same consultative approach to apartment communities, hotels, and corporate campuses.

2022

Moved to Belmont, NC

Relocated to our current headquarters at 1000 The Oaks Parkway, Belmont, NC — a larger facility to support our growing service department and equipment inventory.
